Music booking
The right sound for the right room — without you having to go find it yourself.
What started as one more line item has turned into one of the first things people call us for. Turns out a lot of venues have the same problem, and almost nobody was solving it properly.
Every venue owner has lived this: you book an act - they show up late, play a set built for a dive bar to a rooftop crowd expecting sunset and acoustic guitar, and now you're apologizing to a table.
Meanwhile, the musician thought they nailed it. Nobody told them otherwise — because nobody was actually managing that relationship. They just got an email, took the gig, and showed up.
For years, both sides have been left to sort it out over scattered emails, group texts, and whoever happened to know a guy — which is exactly how a folk duo ends up playing happy hour at a sports bar. Venues end up gambling on talent they've never actually heard in real life. Musicians end up chasing gigs that don't pay, don't fit, and don't lead anywhere.
We close that gap.
What we actually do
Curated matching. We know the room — the crowd, the hours, the vibe — and we book to it. A beach hotel's Sunday brunch act is not your Irish pub's Friday night, and we don't treat them like they're interchangeable.
Vetted talent, not a gamble. Everyone we put in front of you has been seen and heard first. No one's audition happens live, on your floor, in front of your guests.
The logistics nobody wants to own. Contracts, scheduling, fees, riders, day-of coordination — handled, so you're not spending Thursday afternoon trying to track down a guitarist's cell phone.
A real relationship, not a one-off booking. We manage both sides of this on an ongoing basis. Musicians keep getting booked into rooms that make sense. Venues keep getting acts that actually work — without re-rolling the dice every month.
